- Monthly Reporting

• Ensure on time reporting package of ESC division with high quality;
• Ensure on time monthly reporting of SHW with high quality, including Group, Zone China and local reports;
• Ensure on time SHW submission of DataSOURCE with high quality;

- Budget and Rough plan

• Co-ordinate budget and rough plan activities of ESC division;
• Lead budget and rough plan activities of SHW;

- Controlling and Analysis
- Leadership and Communication
